By accessing or using InstaResizer.com (the "Site") or any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InstaResizer, operated by Dave McCauley, Clearwater, Florida, USA. You must be at least 13 years old to use InstaResizer.
InstaResizer provides browser-based image editing tools, including:
All image processing is performed locally in your browser where possible. Images sent to third-party APIs (such as background removal) are processed and deleted promptly — we do not store your images on our servers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
Certain features require a Pro subscription. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
InstaResizer Pro — $4.99/month
Includes batch processing up to 50 images, up to 50 background removals per calendar month, metadata stripping, ZIP download, white background tool, and an ad-free experience. Unused background removal credits do not roll over.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.
Your images: You retain full ownership of any images you upload or process using InstaResizer. We do not claim any rights to your content.
Our content: All site design, code, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on InstaResizer.com are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without express written permission.
Your use of InstaResizer is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. We use Google Analytics to understand site usage. Analytics data is anonymized and does not include your images.
InstaResizer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy of processed results, or compatibility with all devices. Background removal and AI-powered features may produce variable results depending on image complexity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaResizer and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $10 USD.
You may stop using InstaResizer or cancel your Pro subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks, with or without notice. Upon termination, access to Pro features ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers via email. Continued use of InstaResizer after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
